Angela%2BMills

ANGELA MILLS

Fit and Fabulous founder, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Coach, Menopause Coach, Pre & Post Natal Coach, Oncology Exercise Specialist.

Angela teaches Pilates mat, Pilates Reformer, Zumba and also one-on-one sessions.

Angela moved to the Blue Mountains 19 years ago, leaving behind her corporate career for a healthier and more balanced life. The move allowed her to refocus and indulge her passion of fitness and movement, helping others incorporate it into to their lives. Consequently, Angela has helped a large number of people throughout the greater Blue Mountains over this time, either through her fun classes or through bespoke one-on-one programs that address their specific needs. Highly critical of the ‘one size fits all’ approach that the fitness industry tends to promote, one of Angela’s greatest passions is in empowering women at all life stages and tailoring movement to meet people where they are at.

TANIA MALOOF

Pilates Instructor

Tania teaches Pilates mat classes.

Tania has always had a passion for movement and fitness. After working in the outdoor education industry for a few years, she entered the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor in 2005.

Her curiosity about why people had so many different postural issues led her to an interest in the Pilates Method. The discovery of Pilates changed her approach to fitness because it involved a mind body connection and a deeper connection to the muscles that support our structure.

She has studied and taught Pilates internationally and the thing she enjoys most about teaching Pilates is the creativity that comes with catering for clients’ different needs and seeing people getting stronger and as a result, happier and healthier.

Tania and her young family (and her dog) settled in the Blue Mountains several years She enjoys spending her time being active outdoors and enjoys trail running, bushwalking, camping and rock climbing.

VANESSA SAFAJOU

Yoga Instructor and Fitness Trainer

Vanesa teaches our Yoga Flow classes.

Vanessa a big believer in moulding your movement practice to fit your body and your needs, and thinks there is so much more to be learned and enjoyed when there is permission to play and explore.

In her classes, there is no expectation, nor particular way that anyone needs to move, breathe, feel or think in their practice. Instead, there is simply an invitation to explore movement and breath in a way that fosters introspection and the joy of reconnecting to self. Whether it's your first yoga class or you've been practising for years, her hope is that you'll leave your practice feeling nourished, refreshed and rested.

Vanessa has been sharing yoga in the Blue Mountains for the past 5 years since moving here with her husband, their dog and their chickens to be surrounded by nature. She enjoys spending time at the dog park, going for hikes and caring for her many, many house plants.

Suzie Sprod
