PILATES MAT classes

Here at Fit and Fab, we’re unashamedly Pilates centric! We view Pilates as the foundation to good movement, good posture, and living pain-free.

The focus of each Pilates mat class is on creating a strong, flexible body that moves efficiently and pain-free.  In each class, we move through sequences of exercises on the mat that work your entire body, to help you develop core stability, good posture and strength.

Regardless of your current fitness level, we adapt the class to meet you where you’re at.  The exercises are modified with easier or more challenging variations so that you can work to your ability and see progress and results with each class. 

If you are new to Pilates and relatively injury and pain free, our Pilates mat classes are a great starting point. They give you the opportunity to ‘connect’ with your core and learn to execute fundamental Pilates moves correctly and at your own pace. Provided that you can get up and down from the floor without any assistance, you will be able to do this class.

$25 per class; less with a discount pass.
