PILATES STRENGTH - 4 Week Intensive Program

Join us for a transformative 4-week Pilates Strength Program led by our special guest instructor Suzie Sprod. This immersive program is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to build strength effectively while adhering to the principles of Pilates.

Throughout the course, Suzie will guide you through dynamic workouts that emphasise proper form and technique. Using a variety of props such as free weights and resistance bands, you will engage in targeted exercises aimed at developing core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall muscle tone.

Each week, you'll delve deeper into the fundamentals of Pilates-based strength training, gradually increasing the intensity of your workouts while maintaining a focus on safety through correct alignment and precision. Suzie's expert instruction will ensure that you not only strengthen your core and body, but also deepen our understanding of Pilates principles.

By the end of the 4-week program, you will emerge feeling more confident in your ability to continue your strength-building practice within a Pilates framework. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this course offers a unique opportunity to elevate your fitness routine and achieve lasting results.

The program runs over 4 Wednesdays, 12.15pm to 1.05pm, starting from 1 May at our Penny lane studio in Katoomba. Places in this program are strictly limited to ensure that each person receives personalised attention and modifications to exercises to suit their body and their current ability.
