We’re a small and intimate Pilates-centric studio in Katoomba, the heart of the beautiful Australian Blue Mountains. We cater especially for adults who appreciate the importance of building a strong, flexible body for longevity. Regardless of where you are on your fitness or your life journey we can help you find purpose and joy in movement.

OUR CLASSES

PILATES MAT, BALANCE & STRENGTH CLASSES

We view Pilates as the foundation to good movement, good posture and living pain free. A regular practice teaches you mindful movement and body awareness; how to engage and use your core, strengthen your back and improve your posture and movement! We offer several types of classes throughout the week, catering for different fitness levels. Provided that you can get up and down from the floor easily, you can do Pilates!

PILATES REFORMER CLASSES

The reformer gives you a full body, low impact workout with a strong focus on spinal stability and movement, core control and balance.
These are a great ‘next step’ from Pilates mat classes once you are familiar with Pilates fundamentals and ready to proceed to the next level. We also offer private reformer sessions to help you fast track to these classes.
Be warned - our Reformer classes are addictive!

BARRE CLASSES

There’s a reason that our barre classes are so popular! They combine Pilates, fitness and ballet moves into one upbeat class, providing you with a surprisingly challenging and effective body weight workout. Exercises are high in intensity, so you feel the burn, but completely low in impact. The emphasis is on developing strength and flexibility from the feet up though the calves, knees, thighs, and glutes (with some challenging upper body exercises added to the mix)! Get ready to sweat and feel the burn!

 

ZUMBA - DANCE FITNESS

There’s a reason why dancing is rated as one of the best forms of exercise for maintaining physical and cognitive health as we age. No other exercise releases those endorphins and gets that heart pumping quite like a Zumba class!

Disguised as a hi-lo cardio session, each class helps to improve your cardio fitness, balance, coordination, power, endurance, brain and mental health!
If you love upbeat music and can tap to the beat, the rest is learnable! After a few classes you’ll be nailing those dance moves!

YOGA FLOW

The yoga flow class enhances the movement-breath connection, improving flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Suitable for most levels, it offers support for personal growth, stress relief, and relaxation. After each class, you will feel rejuvenated and more connected to themselves, promoting overall well-being and a balanced lifestyle.

We also offer a wonderfully relaxing evening Yin class on the last Sunday of each month.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Whether your goal is to stay young in body, overcome injury, manage menopause, get more toned or lose weight, you can get on the right track sooner with some personal guidance and direction.

Our private sessions provide a highly customized experience meticulously tailored to your individual body and specific fitness goals. Each session is thoughtfully designed to be effective and safe for you, keeping the workouts interesting and engaging while also presenting a suitable level of challenge.
