Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make it to a class, as a courtesy we ask that you cancel online so your instructor does not delay the class waiting for you. Plus, someone on the waitlist might appreciate your spot.
You can reschedule or cancel your session online up to 12 hours prior to your class with no penalty. A credit is automatically added back to your account or package. Regretfully you automatically forfeit your class if you cancel less than 12 hours before the start time.

You can cancel two ways:

(1) Follow the link at the bottom of your confirmation or reminder email which prompts you to go to your account, select the class and cancel it, or

(2) Directly via the Momence App.

Please do not send us a text or an email to cancel. All cancellations must be done directly via your app/account and within the time limit to avoid penalty.
