STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - NEW!

Our new Strength and Conditioning class with Suzy is designed to help you build strength, improve movement, and feel your best. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and more, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. With Suzy’s expert coaching, based on Pilates principles, you’ll be guided every step of the way. By the end of the term, you'll see improvements in strength, posture, stamina, and overall confidence.

Building strength enhances your quality of life, improving balance, reducing injury risk, boosting bone health, and giving you more energy for daily activities. Invest in yourself—book your spot today and start feeling the difference!

When: Wednesdays 5.30pm during school terms

Duration: 50-60 mins

Cost: $25 per class or $188 for a 10 week term from 5 February.

Location: One Penny Lane Studio, Katoomba

Our Strength and Conditioning classes:

✅ Ideal for building strength, stamina, and mobility
✅ Focus on good technique and movement patterns for safe progress
✅ Can be tailored to various fitness levels, making it accessible for many participants
✅ Perfect for developing functional strength through resistance and bodyweight exercises
✅ Beneficial for improving bone health, muscle tone, and joint stability

These classes may NOT be suitable for you if you:

❎ Have unhealed injuries or acute pain that could be aggravated
❎ Are new to exercise and prefer a more personal approach (please enquire about alternatives)
❎ Have difficulty with balance or mobility that may limit participation in dynamic movements
❎ Are unable to safely use resistance equipment like dumbbells or kettlebells due to physical restrictions

❎ Cannot get up/down from the floor or bear weight on your knees or wrists
