The Newbie Pass is our best value introductory pass and allows you to try out up to 3 different types of studio classes at Katoomba over a 3 week period from date of purchase.
Valued at up to $75, you can use your Newbie Pass to book into Pilates mat, Barre Body, Yoga Flow and/or Zumba - all for just $39!
Please choose carefully as we do not offer extensions or refunds on any of our passes. This pass cannot be used for reformer classes, Hartley classes or for personal sessions.

New to our studio or to reformer classes?

The ‘Ori’ Pass is our most popular Reformer introduction and great value! The Pass gives you an initial orientation session and three classes.

All new students to Fit and Fabulous are required to attend a small group Orientation session before joining our reformer classes. Orientation sessions are held on Wednesdays at 6.30pm or Saturdays at 12.30pm. (Alternatively schedule a private session first with our New Starter Pass below).

In the Ori session we cover reformer fundamentals, our teaching style and key exercises with modifications if needed, to ensure you get the best out of future classes.

Your pass expires 21 days from when you attend your first private session.

The New Starter Pack is for you if you are new to our Pilates and wish to attend Reformer classes.

It includes an initial private session and 3 General reformer classes.

Your initial private session will give you an introduction the reformer apparatus, correct core engagement and movement, basic exercises, positions and transitions. We also guide you through exercise adaptations for your body to ensure you are prepared for classes, can modify your moves as needed and get the best out of each practice. We warn you - reformer classes are addictive ☺
