PILATES STRENGTH
Join our transformative Pilates Strength classes , led by the fabulous Suzie Sprod. This immersive program is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills needed to build strength effectively while adhering to the principles of Pilates.
Suzie will guide you through dynamic workouts that emphasise proper form and technique. Using a variety of props such as free weights and resistance bands, you will engage in targeted exercises aimed at developing core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall muscle tone.
Each week, you'll delve deeper into the fundamentals of Pilates-based strength training, gradually increasing the intensity of your workouts while maintaining a focus on safety through correct alignment and precision. Suzie's expert instruction will ensure that you not only strengthen your core and body, but also deepen your understanding of Pilates principles.
With the consistency of regular weekly sessions, you will emerge feeling more confident in your ability to continue your strength-building practice within a Pilates framework.
