Getting Started with OUR PILATES Reformer CLASSES
To attend any of our reformer classes, you'll first need to complete a Reformer Orientation session or a private session. Even if you have prior reformer experience elsewhere this is required in order to join our classes at Fit and Fabulous.
Reformer Orientation (small group): Priced the same as a single reformer class, perfect for those with some Pilates experience. Check out the timetable below and follow the link to book in for the class of your choice.
Orientation sessions are held on Wednesdays at 6.30pm and Saturdays at 12.30pm.Private Session: Highly recommended if you're new to Pilates, over 65, or have any injuries, medical conditions, or movement limitations.
